It fits if you have a specific project, want to test before you invest, or need selective support without ongoing guidance.
Interim AI management fits better if many AI topics run in parallel and nobody steers them.
About me
I'm Julia Rüterbories, interim AI manager in Hamburg-Altona. I bring several years of experience in process automation with AI and in product and project management, always at the interface between technology and the business departments. I have been a certified AI trainer since 2023 and have advised companies and freelancers on AI since 2024.
My approach is pragmatic, honest and without hype.

Do you implement the solution yourself?
I build prototypes and tests together with you. For permanent operation I support the rollout together with your IT or your service provider.
Do you give legal advice?
No. I draft AI policies and check planned applications for data protection questions. The final legal review is done by your legal advisor.
Are you tied to specific AI vendors?
No. I recommend what fits your project and do not receive commissions from vendors.
How is billing done?
By effort, within a frame agreed in advance: block of hours, fixed price or fixed period.
