About me
I'm Julia Rüterbories, interim AI manager in Hamburg-Altona. I bring several years of experience in process automation with AI and in product and project management, always at the interface between technology and the business departments. I have been a certified AI trainer since 2023 and have advised companies and freelancers on AI since 2024.
My approach is pragmatic, honest and without hype.

Where should we start?
Usually with the workshop “What do we want to do with AI?”. Afterwards you have one to three clear topics and can decide, with results in hand, whether you need consulting or ongoing support.
Which companies is this for?
For small and mid-sized companies that want to use AI strategically and have nobody in-house for it yet. It fits manufacturing companies especially well, as well as knowledge-intensive firms such as planning offices, agencies and consultancies.
Do you only work in Hamburg?
No. My office is in Hamburg-Altona. In the Hamburg area I'm happy to come to you. Everything else runs remotely across Germany.
What if AI isn't worth it for us?
Then I'll tell you. An honest assessment saves you money and time. That is a result too.
