What do we actually want to do with AI?

One day for management and teams in small and mid-sized companies. At the end your team has an answer: one to three topics to tackle, fewer than expected, or none at all.

What happens in the workshop?

The workshop “What do we want to do with AI?” is a one-day format for small and mid-sized companies. The team sees what is already possible with AI today, collects ideas from their own daily work and evaluates them together. Afterwards the first one to three topics to tackle next are set.

Who is the workshop for?

The workshop suits management and teams in small and mid-sized companies where one of these situations applies:

  • Everyone talks about AI, but nobody knows where to start in their own company.
  • There are many ideas, but no shared evaluation.
  • Some are enthusiastic, others are sceptical.
  • You don't want to impose AI from above but bring your team along.

No prior knowledge in the team is needed.

What you get out of it

  • a collected and evaluated list of ideas from your team
  • one to three prioritised topics, each with its next step
  • a shared picture in the team of what AI should do for you and what it shouldn't
  • if that is the case: a reasoned decision not to use AI for now

  1. PreparationBeforehand we clarify the goal and participants with management.

  4. Evaluate and selectWe cluster the ideas and select one to three topics by benefit and effort.
  5. Next stepsFor each topic the next step is set.

What happens after the workshop?

You decide that with the results in hand. For a single project there is AI consulting for projects. If AI should be steered long-term, I take over interim AI management. And sometimes the workshop alone is enough.
